Claudia has been studying and practicing yoga since 2000, inspired firstly by Raja yoga meditation´s Brahma Kumaris in São Paulo.

After 6 years, Claudia came across Uni-Yoga University in Brazil and discovered Swasthya yoga and master DeRose and his codified yoga based on TANTRA and SAMKHYA which had a hugely positive influence on her and also altered the course of her life. She took the 3 years’ of graduation teaching courses and became herself a yoga teacher in one of the branches of the same university in south of Brazil teaching Ashtánga Sádhana yoga.

Elisa has been practicing different yoga styles for 12 years and developed a special interest for Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga.

After traveling around Europe and learning from renowned teachers Elisa decided to settle in Dublin. Working in a fast-paced industry she realised that yoga was the key to balancing her busy lifestyle. Yoga for Elisa is an immersive experience of self-discovery, where you learn how to be present at the moment through breathing techniques (pranayama) and physical practice (asana). Last July she completed a 250 hrs Yoga Alliance Teacher training course at Samadhi Studio and is now eager to share her learning with others.

Winnie’s classes provide a supportive, energetic and relaxed environment for students to practice their yoga.

Winnie warmly welcomes everyone into her classes, people of all ages and sex, from complete beginners to those who want to improve their practice. Winnie encourages everyone to come to the mat and devote that time each day to just themselves. Winnie’s classes are founded on the traditional style of Hatha yoga and bring special attention to mindful movement and the breath throughout the class. Winnie also teaches restorative yoga where comfort is pivotal. Winnie encourages the use of props in class & leads by demonstration, providing visual cues and prompts.
