Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing for Stress Relief – September 20th
Join us for a soothing workshop on restorative Yoga & Sound Bath for your relaxation. Supported yoga poses will help calm the mind, open the heart and relieve stress. In a gentle, slow-moving sequence, you will experience chest opening, forward bends, twists and subtle stretchings as Claudia guides you with bolsters, blocks, and blankets to support yourself in perfect comfort. You will be able to surrender completely to the stillness within. The Workshop will leave you feeling like you’ve spent the afternoon on a sunny island beach. All this accompanied with relaxing sounds of Tibetan bowls for your yoga Nidra in the end.
Following, the student will then be guided into Yin Yoga postures in order to stress the tissues in the target area so as to increase circulation and improve flexibility.
During the practice stillness in each posture is observed for 3 to 5 minutes.
We will finish the workshop with a nice sound bath relaxation to complete and relax the mind to prepare you for another week ahead.
