I started yoga unsure of my abilities and feeling stressed and busy. Now I enjoy the classes so much I wish there were more ! Claudia is an amazing teacher and has helped me better in both body & mind.
Claudia is the owner and yoga teacher of Uniyoga Dublin and she welcome you for every class of the week whether you are a regular practitioner or a single drop in, beginner or advanced practitioner. Our classes take place in different venues in Dublin and you can use your class pass in any of the places you choose to join us.

- BELARMINE COMMUNITY CENTRE / Stepaside – Mondays at 8pm Mix level
We plan our classes to be small and intimate, allowing you to get the best from each session and grow your practice safely.

With a background in Business administration, International Business and beauty therapies, Claudia´s approach to yoga is one that honours the need for individual self-study with the aim of improving interpersonal relations and common-unity. Claudia has been studying and practicing yoga since 2000, inspired firstly by Raja yoga meditation´s Brahma Kumaris in São Paulo. After 6 years, Claudia came across Uni-Yoga University in Brazil and discovered Swasthya yoga and master DeRose and his codified yoga based on TANTRA and SAMKHYA which had a hugely positive influence on her and also altered the course of her life. She took the 3 years’ of graduation teaching courses and became herself a yoga teacher in one of the branches of the same university in south of Brazil teaching Ashtánga Sádhana yoga.
In 2012 she decided to leave business administration and her 10-year established career behind to embark on a new life dedicating her time in personal development and teaching Ashtánga Sádhana Yoga abroad. She moved to India where she lived for 6 months in Rishikesh and Kajuraho to deepen her knowledge in yoga philosophy and had contact with genuine masters who taught her more about the eight limbs of RAJA YOGA of Patánjali – Yama, Nyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dhárana, Dyana and Samadhi (awareness, concentration and meditation).
In 2013 she moved to Dublin and is teaching yoga since 2014. Her yoga style, Ashtanga Sádhana combines Pranayama techniques, Asana through a variety of poses and conscious sequencing working on alignment, balance and strength, and Samadhi – awareness, concentration and meditation in different levels. She believes that yoga philosophy provides an opportunity to explore the Spiritual through the Physical and improving your life Style and expand one’s awareness for the present moment. Her yoga practice´s aim is to bring the study of yoga off the mat and into the practice of Life and that everyone should have this great experience that shifts one’s life for the better. Her classes encourage students to connect deeply within, conscious breathing to calm the mind and enjoy the moment.

Great workshop! I really loved the emphasis on HOW to properly do the various poses. Claudia was very helpful in also explaining the impact of the positions on the spine and hips. I left the session feeling energized from that day’s practice, but excited for my next class to implement my better understanding and improved technique. Definitely recommend checking it out. 🙂
