Information for New Students
We are very happy you found us! And we look forward to welcoming you into our classes and introducing you to your first yoga practice and philosophy of life. But before you begin there are some tips that you may find helpful to prepare you for your first class.
The best way to get to know our distinct yoga style is through is booking online for Drop in or membership Monthly class pass (practicing once or twice a week). You are eligible for 10% off your next package if you sign up for 3 months in advance.
The monthly pass will be activated on the first day of each month bought by the practitioner.

Feel free to contact us any time
Hydrate and eat lightly before class
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
- Bring a bottle of water – we do not sell water.
- You may want to bring a small towel.
We provide free yoga mats to use in the class.
Change rooms have lockers that you can use free of charge.
Arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before class is scheduled to start.
To have fun!
Remember that everyone had a first you are not alone so be kind and patient with yourself and let things flow.
The teacher is there to assist and guide you through your class if you have any difficulties or doubts don’t be shy and ask.
Please let the teacher know if you are pregnant, injured or have any other health concerns that may affect your practice or aggravate the problem.
Always come to class with an open mind and allow yourself to recharge your batteries.
