– In this workshop we will guide you through the process of relaxing the body, restoring and calming the nerve system to prepare you mind for the relaxation and meditation.

– Meditation is a habitual process of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts, using technique, such as mindfulness, mantra meditation or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought or activity, to practice awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state.

Practicing restorative yoga helps to eliminate fatigue and stress that accumulates in our daily routines.
