Join Claudia for this two-hour workshop designed to improve your breathing, relax the body and focus the mind through Pranayama & Chakras meditation. We will begin this workshop with theory and practice of different breathing techniques followed by an explanation about the seven chakras. After the chakra discussion, we will do some gentle stretches to relax the body for meditation. Then, you will be guided through a wonderful chakra meditation practice with Tibetan Singing bowls and mantras.
