You can expect a balance between physical postures, dynamic and flowing movements, conscious breathing exercises and elements of relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and reinvigorated. The intensive Yoga Flow will focus on hip opening, core strength and inversions. On the last part, enjoy a nice long Yoganidra technique, which is one of the deepest forms of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. It is a state of awareness in which the body can rest deeply and profoundly, whilst the mind is between wakefulness and deep rest. The practice meets the intuitive needs of the person engaged in meditation – improving sleep, enhancing creativity and bringing nourishment, insight and healing.
Who is this class suitable for? Please note that this class is suitable for all level practitioners that have some knowledge of Asanas, as well as Yoga teachers.
